The Maywood-Wheaton (IL) Alumni Chapter proudly recognizes Brother Keith H. Arnold as our November 2026 Nupe of the Month, honoring his exceptional commitment, innovative leadership, and outstanding service to our Chapter and the communities we serve.

Brother Arnold is a Spring 1988 initiate of the Kappa Upsilon (ΚΥ) Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., at Oakland University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from Aurora University.

Professionally, Brother Arnold is a Senior Manager at CDW, where he oversees investigations involving global policy compliance, drawing upon his expertise in corporate investigations, risk management, and organizational accountability.

A native of Pontiac, Michigan, Brother Arnold is a relatively new member of Maywood-Wheaton Alumni, but his impact has been immediate and significant. He has actively contributed to numerous Chapter committees, introducing fresh perspectives, innovative processes, and practical solutions that have strengthened Chapter operations, effectiveness, and community outreach.

Most notably, Brother Arnold planned and coordinated the Chapter’s highly successful 1911 Smoke social event in September 2026, creating an outstanding opportunity for Brotherhood, fellowship, and engagement.

A former Kappa Leaguer himself, Brother Arnold now serves with our newly established Kappa League program, bringing firsthand experience, valuable insight, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of young men.

Demonstrating his willingness to serve wherever needed, Brother Arnold recently represented our Chapter as a volunteer usher during Colin Kaepernick: The Perilous Fight – Book Signing & Author Talk in Chicago, further exemplifying his dedication to the Bond and the broader Fraternity.

Through his professional accomplishments, proactive leadership, commitment to youth development, and unwavering dedication to Brotherhood, Brother Arnold continues to exemplify our Fraternity’s fundamental purpose of Achievement in Every Field of Human Endeavor.
