Maywood - Wheaton Alumni Chapter Dues Structure

  • The fraternal year starts October 1st and ends September 30th the following year.

  • Each Brother is responsible for his Grand Chapter dues.

    • Grand Chapter Life Members do not have to pay Grand Chapter dues. 

  • Local Dues cover

    • the cost of running the chapter,

    • paying each Brother's North Central Province dues,

    • refreshments after the meeting

    • and other rights and privileges of being a fully sustaining member

  • North Central Province Life Members do not have to pay Province dues

Annual/Grand Chapter Dues

Annual (Grand Chapter) Dues should be submitted to International Headquarters (IHQ) each year on October 1 (start of the Fraternal fiscal year). Please ensure you provide your Membership ID Number (YYNNNNN)

Each Brother is required, if he is an annual dues paying Brother, to contact Grand Chapter and make arrangements to pay his annual dues.  Alumni Local Chapters NO longer collect Annual Dues.  This is also the case with the Life Membership Program and the Housing Assessment.

Some Brothers may be required to pay a re-instatement fee, again the Brother must address that with Grand Chapter

 

Grand Chapter Annual Dues - $200.00

Reactivation Fee - $30.00 (1-3 years inactive)

Reactivation Fee - $50.00 (4 or more years inactive)

One Time Housing Assessment (for Brothers initiated before 1990) - $100.00

 

Life Membership to be paid through IHQ

 

Life Membership Program - $3,500.00 as a Single Payment

 

Subscribing Life Membership Program - $5,000.00 - over 4 years.

North Central Province Life Membership to be paid through the North Central Province Exchequer

NCP Life Membership Program - $1,000.00 

​

ONLY 100 Brothers will be allowed to enroll in the program at this time

Local Dues

Local Dues are Age Dependent

The local dues include $50 NCP dues which is a pass thru to the North Central Province

​

The base for local dues minus the $50 NCP dues is $265

 

Per the Maywood-Wheaton (IL) Alumni Bylaws 

Tier 1 - Senior Chapter member (age 60 to 69) rate is 80% of the local dues amount. $265.00 x 80% = $212.00 

Tier 2 - Senior Chapter member (age 70 and above) is 60% of the local dues amount $265.00 x 60% = $159.00

Local Chapter under (60) dues $265.00 + $50 NCP dues =  $315.00.

Local Chapter (60-69) dues $212.00 + $50 NCP dues =  $262.00.

Local Chapter (70 and above) dues $159.00 + $50 NCP dues =  $209.00.

 

1st year College Graduate Exempt from Local Dues but must pay Province Dues of $50.00

2nd year College Graduate pays a reduced rate and must pay Province Dues at $132.50 + $50.00 = $182.50

NCP Life Member Under (60) - $265.00

NCP Life Member (60-69) - $212.00

NCP Life Member (70 and above) - $159.00

NCP Life Member 2nd Year Graduate - $132.50
